How to Request a Return

  • The reason for the return

  • Clear photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)

Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or wrong product).

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at elunaskincare@gmail.com with your order details and a photo of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:
